What should your nutrition and diet be after a BBL?

After undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift or fat transfer to the breast, it's important to focus on your nutrition and diet to support your recovery. Adequate calorie intake is essential to help the transferred fat integrate into its new location. While it's important not to apply pressure to the treated areas to allow for blood vessel formation, adequate nutrition, including a balanced intake of carbohydrates and fats, plays a key role in the healing process. However, due to reduced physical activity and the effects of compression garments, you may feel less inclined to eat. We advise trying to maintain a nutritious diet even if your appetite is affected. As always, your individual needs may vary, so please consult with your healthcare provider for personalized dietary advice post-surgery.
