What should your nutrition and diet be after a BBL?

Today’s question is about nutrition and diet after BBL or even fat transfer to the breast. Now after fat transfer you need to eat enough calories. Now the whole reason why we don't want people to put pressure on these areas is so that new blood vessels can form into the fat that we’ve transferred to the area. But it's one thing to have the blood vessels there. We need to fuel the fat so that the fat can call that new area its new home. So you need to eat well, eat plenty of good carbs and fats, but you’re not going to want to because you're not moving around as much and also the compression makes you feel very full even after a small amount. So you have to try and force yourself to eat a bit more than what you can actually tolerate to make sure that you get the maximum amount of fat supply to the area we have transferred fat into.
