The Brazilian Butt Lift was first performed at Cosmos Clinic in 2010; and since, we’ve performed more than 3,000 butt lift surgeries (experience counts!) A Brazilian Butt Lift (Buttock Augmentation) uses your own purified fat to give your bottom a more lifted, larger appearance.
This procedure uses Vaser Liposuction, which allows up to 80% of the fat cells to survive when transferred to the buttocks. The amount of fat we inject depends on the desired look the patient is trying to achieve. At Cosmos we classify them into 3 shapes: Sports Illustrated, Beyonce and Kim Kardashian. An average of 800 – 1,200mls is injected into each buttock cheek. We can inject as much as the buttock cheek can hold.
1 week off work required, with no pressure on the buttock area for 2 weeks. Daily massages for the 1 week post surgery and every second day in the second week.

Results can be seen immediately, however true results are seen at around the 6 week mark after all swelling has subsided.
