How much is a consultation?
Consultation fees vary depending on the practitioner you see and type of service you are seeking. Please contact us for more information.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations of consultations are not refundable. You can, however, reschedule an appointment.
How long does a consultation take?
Consultations range from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
What locations are available?
Our main facilities, where you can have a consultation with both doctors and nurses, and where most services are offered.

How do I use my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of payment. They can be redeemed for non-surgical services and skincare products only, and are limited to use at the clinic location where the voucher was purchased. Please note that gift vouchers are not applicable for surgical procedures.
Are services covered by health funds or Medicare?
Cosmetic services are not covered by private health insurance or eligible for Medicare rebates.
