Tighten the skin and melt the excess fat in the neck with a procedure that is minimally invasive and can effectively treat the dreaded turkey neck and stubborn double chin. This is an alternative to a neck lift surgery known as iGuide Neck Lift if you have excessive amounts of loose skin around the neck.

THE RESULTS
This new technology involves the use of an ultra-thin fibre that is placed just below the surface of the skin. The laser energy heats up the all-important “collagen and elastin” fibres and causes them to contract. Simultaneously, the probe melts small fatty deposits and suctions it out of the body as a form of fat removal. Results of the surgery continue to improve over the following 6 to 12 weeks post-surgery. You will also see a significant improvement to the overall skin quality.
THE PROCEDURE
Neck Liposuction/Lift involves the insertion of a fine ultrasound probe under the skin. The Vaser probe uses ultrasound energy to melt fat cells and tighten the collagen fibres underneath the skin. This results in an improvement in the jawline and neck area – removing excess fat and tightening sagging skin. The major advantage of this Neck Liposuction/Lift treatment is that it eliminates fat deposits whilst tightening your skin at the very same time. This tightening effect basically eliminates the need for a lift surgery, as the neckline is picked up and smoothed.
Neck Liposuction/Lift treatment prices vary depending on your overall situation and expectations.
Your initial Neck Liposuction/Lift consultation and subsequent procedure can be undertaken at one of our cosmetic clinics in Australia. We also treat many interstate and overseas patients each year at Cosmos Clinic. Therefore, we have set procedures in place for those travelling to our clinics for treatment. For travelling patients please use the contact form located at the bottom of this page to send us images of the areas you wish to have treated, which Cosmos Clinic you’d like treatment at, and where you’re located in the description so our staff can include all the appropriate information for travelling patients as part of your personalised quote.
The procedure takes about 1 hour and is carried out under twilight sedation. Consequently, because general anaesthesia isn’t used, the procedure is considered more safe with minimal side effects or pain. After the treatment, patients can usually get back to their routine activities within a day or two. You will have swelling for about 3 to 7 days post-op with minimal bruising (although this may vary from patient to patient). You will also need to wear a compression garment for 3 days full time, and then another 7 days part time.
