Feeling uncomfortable with the current size of your penis can have significant effects on your self-esteem and your intimate relationships. In a non-surgical procedure, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers can be used to increase the size of the penis when flaccid, enhance erection size and correct asymmetry. The penis enlargement procedure with dermal fillers can be performed at Cosmos Clinic locations in Sydney and Canberra. It is also available in our satellite clinics including Cronulla (Sydney) and Rosebery (Sydney).
With hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, the penis size can be increased when flaccid and erect, restoring confidence levels and creating a more symmetrical appearance. In one to two weeks, the filler will naturally integrate into the tissue of the penis, revealing smooth results without any lumps or bumps.
You can expect to see a 10% to 20% increase in thickness and flacid penis length
Results are instantly noticeable and will continue to develop over two weeks. The effects are long-lasting, as the dermal filler will be naturally dissolved by the body over one to two years or even longer.
The circumference of the penis is enlarged with hyaluronic acid dermal filler, increasing both flaccid and erect penis size
To begin the procedure, a topical numbing cream will be applied to support patient comfort levels. To enable even distribution of the filler, your injector will use a medication that temporarily induces an erection. Small amounts of hyaluronic acid dermal filler will be precisely injected at a time to create the desired results.
The amount of filler that you will need will depend on how much you want to increase the size or change the shape. Generally, 15ml of filler can increase flaccid circumference by 2-3cm, and 1.0-2.5cm when erect.
Depending on your personal goals, the procedure can increase erect and flaccid penis girth or circumference or change the shape of the glans corona or rim of the penile head. Some patients may be advised to treat the glans corona or rim of the penile head as well as the circumference of the penis to ensure symmetrical results.
The procedure can take about 30 minutes to one hour, after which patients are able to return straight home or their usual daily routine.
Recovery from a penis enlargement with dermal fillers
You may experience tenderness after the procedure, but this should subside during the minimal recovery time. A bandage will need to be worn to reduce swelling and support good results, for 2 weeks. The induced erection will subside in 2 hours post procedure.
The dermal filler will naturally integrate into the penile tissue within one to two weeks. To ensure smooth and even results, the filler should be gently massaged. It can take about two weeks for results to begin to show as the filler stabilises.
Keep the penis clean to avoid infection
Avoid sexual intercourse or manual satisfaction for 2 weeks
Clean the penis after sexual intercourse for the week after
Take full course of antibiotics after the treatment
Gently massage the area to ensure even distribution of the filler for two weeks
Attend follow-up appointments
Avoid Strenuous exercise for 1 week

Dermal filler penis enlargement risks and side effects
Although the penis enlargement procedure with dermal fillers is non-surgical and minimally invasive, all procedures with cosmetic injectables will carry some risks. Selecting an experienced injector to perform the procedure is important, as the procedure demands sound knowledge of penile anatomy and function. Unsatisfactory results can be reversed by dissolving the hyaluronic acid dermal filler.
Potential risks and side effects include:
Lumps or bumps
If you are experiencing any concerning symptoms, such as pain or difficulty urinating, you will need to seek medical advice as soon as you can so that you can receive the right treatment.
Will the procedure effect my ability to have erections?
No, the non-surgical penis enlargement procedure with dermal fillers should not impact the ability for the penis to become erect.
Will the dermal filler change penile sensation?
No, the dermal fillers should not change penile sensation. Patients may feel some tenderness straight after the procedure, but this will subside during recovery.
What can I expect during my consultation?
Your consultation will be confidential and our team at Cosmos Clinic will aim to create a comfortable environment.
One of our experienced dermal filler injectors will take some measurements, ask you some necessary health questions, discuss your goals and outline the potential results of the procedure. This will determine if you are a suitable candidate for the procedure, after which the steps of the procedure can be explained in detail. You will be provided with preparation and recovery instructions to ensure that you can recover efficiently and see optimal results.
You will be able to ask any questions about the treatment, the results, recovery and preparation instructions and the associated risks and side effects.
How should I prepare for my procedure?
During your consultation at one of our Cosmos Clinic locations, you will be provided with preparation instructions that are tailored to your personal characteristics and procedure details. Generally, you will be instructed to stop taking certain medications that can have blood-thinning effects for at least three to four days, and to trim the hair around the treatment area a few days before the day of your procedure.
Will I feel any pain during treatment?
A topical numbing cream will be used to ensure patient comfort levels, therefore, no pain should be experienced during the procedure. The dermal fillers are injected with tiny needles, causing a slight pinch that would only last for a few seconds. Make sure that you arrive at least 15 minutes early on the day of your procedure so that there is sufficient time to apply more numbing cream if necessary. Pain relief is also available in clinic.
How many procedures will I need?
While some patients may achieve their desired results after one procedure, other patients may need multiple procedures to create the right size. The amount of procedures that you will need will depend on your individual goals and can be determined during your consultation.
