What is Omnilux?
Omnilux is a non-invasive light therapy treatment that requires no recovery time. Suitable for both men and women, the treatment is usually paired with professional exfoliation treatments for maximum results; refreshed, healthier looking skin. It may also be used to accelerate healing from other cosmetic treatments and is excellent for healing bruises.
The most exciting thing about an Omnilux treatment is that it’s non-invasive and doesn’t generate heat nor any harmful UVA or UVB rays. The treatment utilises LED light and does not have the strength of a laser but is useful for strengthening the skin and encouraging healing. The Omnilux is useful when used alone for stimulating collagen and healing bruises, post-laser trauma and reducing acne.
Omnilux Blue Light Therapy
Helps to reduce excess sebum, bacteria and inflammation. Great as an Acne Treatment, and can be used in Photodynamic Therapy.
Omnilux Red Light Therapy
Helps to stimulate moisture into the skin and adds volume, leaving it hydrated and looking more youthful. Used in conjunction with the Photodynamic Therapy.
Omnilux Yellow Light Therapy
Rebuilds and strengthens tissue and helps to increase blood flow to the area. Great for healing bruises.
How long will each treatment take?
Each treatment takes approximately 20 minutes.
What results can I expect?
Many clients experience an immediate effect; however, every client is different. Skin usually looks clearer, brighter and smoother after the first treatment. The length of the course, and the client’s individual skin type and texture will determine the overall results (* Results may vary from patient to patient).
How many treatments will I need?
Omnilux treatments can be performed individually or over a course of treatments. A typical course is usually 6 to 9 treatments, however a course of 9 is recommended for those concerned with fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone.
Once you have completed your course, maintenance treatments every 4 to 6 weeks will help prolong the results (* Results may vary from patient to patient).
Will I have any downtime?
There is no recovery time following an Omnilux treatment.
What does the treatment feel like?
You will feel a pleasant, warm feeling during your session under the light beam, as the light surrounds your face with thousands of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) radiating pure red light. It is much like lying on the beach in the sun for 20 minutes without the harmful UVA, UVB or infrared radiation.

The examples, predictions, and results offered on this website vary from individual to individual. Results take time. They can be seen in as little as 6 weeks. This time may vary considerably depending on each individual. 6 weeks is a typical example. Results are effected by a number of factors, predominantly the way in which a patient follows instructions post surgery and the manner in which the patient behaves generally post surgery. Diet and exercise play an important part in the health and well being of a patient and in the maintenance of their body shape. Results will also vary purely based on the general make up of each patient and whether they have had surgery previously.
