If you are concerned about the appearance of your nose but are not ready for surgery, the first step is to book a face-to-face consultation with an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner who can discuss evidence-based, non-surgical options.
What happens at the consultation?
The doctor or qualified nurse will take a medical history, examine the external nasal anatomy and explain all reversible and non-reversible options—both non-surgical and surgical—including their expected benefits, limitations, recovery course, known adverse events and variable duration of effect.
You will receive written fee information for the consultation and any proposed procedure; prices are not advertised or quoted publicly.
A cooling-off period is offered and treatment is never guaranteed on the same day.
Post-care instructions will be explained.
Recovery and follow-up
Most people return to usual activities the same day; light exercise only is recommended for 1–2 weeks.
Expected local effects include transient swelling, erythema or bruising; persistent pain, blanching or duskiness must be reported immediately.
Serious but rare complications include intravascular injection leading to skin necrosis or visual disturbance. These risks are discussed in person and documented during the consent process.
Who is suitable?
Adults (≥ 18 years) who are not pregnant or breastfeeding, have no active skin infection and whose expectations align with what a reversible filler can achieve.
Patients with previous nasal surgery, significant deviation or airway obstruction may be offered a surgical opinion instead.
Who is not suitable?
People seeking permanent projection reduction, major tip rotation or airway improvement.
Anyone unable to attend follow-up review at 2–4 weeks.
