Cosmos Clinic offers confidential, practitioner-led consultations for adults (≥ 18 years) who are concerned about their lower-face appearance, or who experience symptoms such as night-time grinding, and wish to discuss non-surgical management options.

What the appointment covers

A registered medical practitioner will review your medical and dental history, examine the masseter muscles and explain all evidence-based options—both non-surgical and surgical—including their expected benefits, limitations, recovery course, known adverse events and variable duration of effect.

You will receive written fee information for the consultation and any proposed procedure; prices are not advertised or quoted publicly.

Treatment is never guaranteed at the first visit and you may choose to seek a second opinion.

Clinical governance

All prescribers and injectors hold current registration with AHPRA and practise under the clinic’s clinical-governance framework. You can verify each clinician’s registration status and any conditions on the public AHPRA register.

Eligibility & safety

Available only to adults who are not pregnant or breastfeeding, who have no active infection in the treatment area and who have discussed conservative measures (e.g. occlusal splint) with their dentist or doctor where appropriate.
