Do you need compression garments for Fat Transfer to the Breast?

Today’s question is after fat transfer to the breast does that area require any compression? The answer is no, you do not want to put any pressure on the area we’ve done fat transfer. So you can’t wear a bra and you really should be wearing loose tops and most of my patients just wear nipple covers when they’re going out because you need to have adequate pressure there so that new blood vessels can form into the fat and supply nutrients and oxygen there so you that you get maximum retention of the fat in the breast region.
