After having a BBL, how long until you can sit on your bum?
So what I tell my patients is a minimum of two weeks. So you have to sleep on your tummy. I mean, toilet it is what it is, I guess I'm okay with that. But if you are going to have to sit for short periods, for example, it's going to and from work you need to use a special pillow on the back of your hamstring, so your bum is going to be floating. And I do tell patients that anything longer, even up to four or five weeks, is definitely beneficial.
