Again Dr Joseph Ajaka To Speak At IMCAS conference in Hong Kong

Again Dr Joseph Ajaka has been asked to be an international guest speaker, this time at the IMCAS conference in Hong Kong this July.

Invasix an international company renowned for designing and developing aesthetic medical equipment, has invited Dr Joseph to share his knowledge and expertise on skin tightening using their radio frequency technology with an international audience of Cosmetic Surgeons and Physicians.

With years of successful Liquid Lipo procedures behind him Dr Ajaka wanted to offer his patients more. Understanding the fat removal alone was not enough to give some of his patients the results they longed for, he searched for new technologies to compliment Liquid Lipo.

After using state of the art lasers to tighten the ‘Mummy Tummy’ with great results, Dr Joseph was approached by Invasix and asked to apply his skills to trying their BodyTite system. A brand new product onto the Australian market, BodyTite uses Radio Frequency energy to remove fat cells while at the same time tightening skin. The advantage of this technology is that it allows surgeons to perform skin tightening and remove the fat simultaneously in very quick times.

The radio frequency energy deployed from an internal cannula to an external electrode, generates focused energy into the tissue and fatty areas. The application of this radio frequency is precise and controlled to heat specific targets without thermal damage to surrounding tissue. By focusing the energy, doctors can achieve more efficient energy usage, therefore it provides a quicker treatment, allowing the tissue to reach optimal temperatures faster.
