I just wanted to send a short note to express my gratitude at the way you handled my procedures.
The impetus for coming to see you was a friend always looked so relaxed and youthful. Having spoken to her regarding her Botox injections I was not inclined to get then done as it sounded like her experiences at various clinics were not very positive, however seeing her again recently she was waxing lyrical regarding your clinic. I can second her feelings. I was impressed with your professionalism; the confirmation of appointment time, the ability of your staff to be honest, candid and empathetic when allaying any fears I had.
I have had two Botox sessions. The first session Dr Joseph was so natural, sensitive and knowledgeable about how much he was willing to give me that I did not feel at anytime he was over selling or being too conservative. The follow up appointment to ensure I was happy with the result made me feel you and the clinic had a stake in the outcome of the procedure.
I was astounded at the difference it has made in minimising the premature wrinkles and lines on my face, I wish I had done it earlier. I was so impressed that I could not wait to have some more. Which I have subsequently done. I cannot tell you the number of comments people have made about how relaxed and well I look. I realise that it is probably psychosomatic, however I actually feel more relaxed. Not using the muscles to tense my face has made me less tense and tired… strange I know however, I genuinely feel better. I feel more confident and less stressed. My mum actually said that I had been looking a bit haggard prior to the treatment and now I look like a new girl.

Joseph’s Botox injections are barely felt, and his artistic judgement re fillers is superb.
