When would you use Laser alone over Photodynamic Therapy for treatment of Acne?

There is no downtime for laser . If the patient can not afford 2 days of flaky skin then laser alone is used

How long will the Acne be gone for?

Results should last for 1-2 years

I already have some Acne Scars. Will the Laser help with this?

The laser also helps with skin rejuvenation by stimulating new collagen formation. You will notice a change for the better in the appearance for minor acne scars. For more depressed scars, Profractional Laser or Dermal Fillers can be used.
